Hotel Route Inn Kasai Hojonoshuku

Perfect location for our stay. The women's hot spa was clean and perfect. I used it both nights of our stay. Breakfast was a little confusing because we just walked in without anyone to greet us. However, we enjoyed the breakfast food.

I liked that the room was clean, organized and had all the amenities that we needed. The bed was comfortable and the view was beautiful from the window.

The staff were friendly and made us feel welcomed. I liked the location of the hotel and the view outside our room was lovely! Carpark has ample lots. However we were placed in a room that smelled of smoke and was right next to the smoking space on the level, in spite of a non-smoking room booking, which bothered me.
